相談料はいくらですか？　初回無料相談はないのですか？

How much is the consultation fee?　Is there no first free consultation?

行政書士モモンガ・法務事務所では、相談料は1時間：5500円を頂いておりますが、お電話やメール・SNSによるご相談は無料です（ただし、お電話・メール・SNS・お問合せフォームによる相談は、返信回数や相談内容によりご回答しかねる場合もありますので、予めご了承ください。）ただし、初回面談で業務依頼が確実な案件では、相談料を頂かない場合があります。（相談料は内金として報酬に含ませていただいております）また、出張相談につきましては東川町内および旭川市などその周辺エリアに限定させていただいております。なお、出張相談は別途出張費が必要になります。

In addition, travel consultation requires a separate travel fee.



事務所の受付時間は何時からですか？時間外や土日祝日も対応してくれますか？

行政書士モモンガ・法務事務所では、相談の受付時間は平日9時から17時までですが、平日も含め土曜日・日曜日および祝日も予めご相談・要予約してい頂ければ、柔軟に対応しています。他のお客様との打ち合わせ等で電話をお受けしたにもかかわらず対応できなかった場合には、弊所より折返しご連絡させていただいております。（携帯電話の番号でお電話差し上げます）
なお、メールによるご相談は24時間対応可能です。

業務を依頼した場合の報酬や費用はどれくらいかかりますか？安くなりませんか？

手続き費用総額の5０％の金額を着手金として、ビザ申請が許可されれば、残金額の5０％の金額を費用残金としてお支払いいただいております。
報酬や費用につきましては、全ての業務を掲載しておらず、お客様からの依頼が多い業務を例示的に掲載しております。また、料金は基準となる金額を記載していますので、お客様ごとの個別の事案によっては、金額が増減する場合があります。
そのため、手続きに着手する前には、必ず目安の料金をお伝えしたうえで、手続きを進めて参ります。

なお、在留期間の期限が切れそう・災害等の天変地異に巻き込まれた等の緊急性が生じていらっしゃるお客様に関しては、報酬や費用について出来る限り、対応させて頂きますのでご相談ください。

ビザ申請で出入国在留管理庁による不許可の決定がなされても費用がかかりますか？

行政書士モモンガ・法務事務所では、手続き費用総額の5０％の金額を着手金として、ビザ申請が許可されれば、残金額の5０％の金額を費用残金としてお支払いいただいております。ビザ申請手続き全般に言えることは、１００％許可されるわけではありません。出入国在留管理庁の裁量やお客様ごとの個別の事情により、結果が異なる場合があります。事前面談の段階でお客様の状況を詳しくお伺いして、ビザ申請の許可の可能性を検討します。その後、お客様にご納得していただいたうえでビザ申請手続きを進めます。

申請取次行政書士に対して出入国在留管理庁へ書類提出だけをお願いすることはできますか？申請者本人または代理人が申請書を作成しているのですが？

原則、ビザ（在留資格）の更新・変更等の申請は、申請者本人が出入国在留管理庁に出頭することになります。もちろん、申請取次行政書士も申請取次者として申請者本人に代わって申請書類を提出することはできます。
しかし、行政書士モモンガ・法務事務所では、申請者ご本人あるいは申請代理人と直接面談・本人確認を行いさらに、委任状・契約書の交付をしてから提出する申請書類の記載内容ついて聴取し、添付資料の確認・実態調査等を必ず行っております。この様な事前確認をしないまま申請書類のみを提出することは、決して致しませんので予めご了承ください。申請手続き受任につきましては、ビザ申請ができる方（申請者ご本人あるいは（法定）代理人の方）からの直接のご依頼に限らせていただいております。

Please note that we will never submit only application documents without such prior confirmation.
The application procedure is limited to direct requests from those who can apply for a visa (applicant himself/herself or (legal) representative).
